Terms of Use
By using KAPOSE, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License
Subject to these terms and applicable Apple rules, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use. You may not reverse engineer, bypass feature limits, disrupt the service, or use the App unlawfully, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
2. Your responsibilities and reference photos
You must own or have permission or another lawful basis to use each imported reference photo and must respect the image, privacy, publicity, and other rights of people depicted. You are responsible for your captures, storage, sharing, and use.
3. AI-generated materials
Built-in character imagery is AI-generated for pose reference and product demonstration. It does not depict real people or events. You may not use it for deception, impersonation, infringement, or unlawful purposes.
4. Free version and KAPOSE Pro
The free version currently supports up to 5 imported or saved poses and 3 real-time scored shoots per day. KAPOSE Pro includes unlimited imports and saves, unlimited scored shoots, complete live guidance, pose-match auto capture, and future features identified as Pro. Current benefits are shown on the purchase screen.
5. Auto-renewal and free trials
Monthly and yearly plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, they generally renew and charge your Apple ID. A yearly plan may include a 7-day free trial; Apple determines eligibility. If not cancelled, it converts to a paid subscription at the displayed price.
6. Manage, cancel, and restore
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. In iOS, open Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions to view or cancel. Cancellation normally takes effect after the paid period. Use Restore Purchases in the App to re-check eligible purchases made with the same Apple ID.
7. Refunds and lifetime purchase
Apple processes payments and refunds under its rules; we cannot directly approve refunds. A lifetime purchase is a non-consumable purchase for the current App and the Apple ID used to buy it. It does not purchase other apps, products on other platforms, or separate services, and does not guarantee every future product that may be sold separately.
8. Availability and disclaimer
Pose detection and scoring can be affected by lighting, occlusion, clothing, camera angle, device performance, and reference quality. We do not guarantee that detection, scores, or auto capture will always be accurate or successful. The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” subject to non-waivable legal rights.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains subject to applicable consumer-protection law.
10. Changes and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features for product, security, legal, or operational reasons. Purchased benefits will be handled under applicable law, Apple rules, and purchase disclosures. We may restrict use for violations where legally permitted.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and show the revised date here. Continued use after an update means acceptance, except where law requires separate consent.
