Terms of Use
By using StickerCam, you agree to these terms. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies to versions obtained through the App Store.
1. The service
StickerCam provides reference overlays, subject stickers, pose scoring, Auto Shutter, capture comparison, and local pose management. Availability and results may vary by device, permissions, lighting, occlusion, and system capabilities.
2. Your content and rights
Only import, capture, and use photos or content you have the right to process. You must respect privacy, publicity, copyright, and applicable laws. The App does not claim ownership of your content.
3. Free version and StickerCam Pro
The free version currently supports up to 5 saved poses and 3 scored captures per day. Pro benefits include unlimited poses, batch import, unlimited scored captures, Auto Shutter, and timed capture. Current benefits are shown on the purchase screen.
4. Subscriptions and lifetime purchase
Monthly and yearly plans are auto-renewable subscriptions; the lifetime plan is a one-time non-consumable purchase. Prices, billing periods, and trial eligibility are shown on the App Store confirmation sheet. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled under Apple’s rules before the current period ends.
5. Manage, cancel, and restore
Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. With the same Apple ID, use Restore Purchases on the purchase screen or in Settings to refresh eligible entitlements.
6. Refunds
Apple processes payments and refunds under its policies; the developer cannot approve refunds directly. A lifetime purchase applies only to the current App and the Apple ID used to buy it. It does not purchase other apps, platforms, or future services sold separately.
7. Pose scoring is a photography aid
Pose scores and cues are generated by on-device visual algorithms and may be inaccurate or unavailable. They are for composition and pose reference only, not medical, fitness-training, personal-safety, or other professional decisions.
8. Local data
The current version provides no account, cloud backup, or cross-device recovery. Deleting poses, clearing all poses, or uninstalling the App may permanently remove content. Keep any original photos you need.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use the App to violate others’ rights, process illegal content, bypass system permissions, or break the law. You are responsible for content you import, capture, save, and share.
10. Changes and termination
We may adjust features or terms through App updates. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the updated terms; if you disagree, stop using and delete the App.
